• Where is the store based?

  Los Angeles, CA

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do!

• Do you include a tracking number?

  I do not. Orders are sent out via first class mail, but if you need a rush or tracking number added please email me at [email protected] and I'd be happy to make that happen.

• How are your orders packaged?

  Orders with more than one button come attached to a super cute brown paper tag with a business card that includes a special discount code. Orders of just one button are attached to the business card itself.
  To save on costs (and trees!) I don't include a packing slip. If you'd like one just let me know and I'll put one in for you.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I guarantee to ship within one week, but chances are your order will be sent out within 2 days.
  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How should I contact you?

  I've been having serious issues with my contact form not delivering your support requests for weeks, so for the time being please email me directly at [email protected] so that I can help you in a timely fashion. Thank you!

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
